at2clicks.com is a platform for sellers to showcase their product and for buyers to get information about any of the product. None of the product is manufactured or owned by at2clicks.com.

  1. Payment

In case of debit/credit card and online banking, payments must be made upfront. Orders will only be processed after confirmation of the payment clearance.We can debit money from your account. By proceeding payment you are giving the authority to us .Data of your debit/credit card is stored in at2clicks.com database and is directly sent to the personal agents and respective bank through an encrypted data channel.

In case of "Cash on delivery", the user must pay cash to the courier upon delivery of the product.

You will receive a copy of invoice as soon as you place the order. You can also see the status of your order from your account management section on at2clicks.com site.

  1. Packaging and delivery

at2clicks.com personnel will collect the ordered product from the store and deliver to the shipping address you provide during the order.

at2clicks.com personnel will only verify the product before packaging if you mention the product as fragile during the order. This does not ensure the verification of the quality of the product.

  1. Responsibility of the customer

You must provide a valid shipping address for the orders. at2clicks.com or the seller cannot be held responsible for any dispute arising from wrong shipping address or payment information you provide.

If you make any mistake during placing the order, you must contact at2clicks.com within one hour of the order.

at2clicks.com or the seller will not be responsible for how you use the purchased product. You (buyer) will be responsible for using any of the products illegally.

  1. Dispute resolution

at2clicks.com will try to resolve any dispute within shortest time and in the most cost effective way. Following situations can come up as a dispute:

  1. You claim to find different product than what you ordered.
  2. You find the package was opened.
  3. You find the product damaged or expired.
  4. You claim the product was never delivered.

In each case your claim will be verified by at2clicks.com and if proven right then following resolution will be taken.

Situation a:

As the product was sealed in front of seller’s representative and was not broken before delivery, you should contact the seller and seller must agree to change the product and provide the actual ordered product to you.

Situation b:

You must not receive the package that was opened. If the package seal was damaged because of natural causes like rain, storm etc. or because of any unexpected and unintentional accident then the product inside will be verified in presence of representative of at2clicks.com and the seller. If the product found not damaged and deliverable, then the packaged will be sealed again and will be delivered to you. If the product found not deliverable, at2clicks.com will deliver the product on their cost.

Situation c:

If delivered item is mentioned as a fragile item during order and found broken after delivery, at2clicks.com will deliver the product again on their cost. If the item is not fragile and was not verified by at2clicks.com before sealing the package, you should contact the seller and seller must agree to replace the product with a new one in place.

If the product was mentioned fragile during order and the product is intact but quality is different than you expected, you should contact with seller and resolve the situation. at2clicks.com does not take responsibility about the quality of product.

Situation d:

at2clicks.com will deliver the product on their cost.

  1. Refund policy

Once the product is delivered, at2clicks.com does not take responsibility of the product’s quality and/or performance. If the product comes with any kind of warranty/guarantee, customer has to contact with the seller directly.

If for some unavoidable reason, product was not available or not deliverable, at2clicks.com will issue a gift coupon equal to the product’s value and customer can use the coupon to purchase any product from at2clicks.com website.

This terms may change at any time and at2clicks.com will notify you about any changes with the terms.
